Hardware Security

We use Samsung business-class tablets designed for high-security environments.

  • Locked-Down Interface: The tablet is restricted strictly to video calls. No accidental button presses, no pop-ups, and no browsing risks.
  • Remote Management: I manage the devices remotely to ensure they stay updated and functional without your intervention.

Trust & Safety

I have extensive experience working with elderly individuals in both private and care home settings. I am Enhanced DBS background-checked, ensuring your loved one's privacy is protected while you receive full transparency through my weekly call summaries.

About Me

I started Kate's Call to fill the gap between rushed care home visits and busy family schedules. I believe every person deserves a dedicated time each week to be heard and valued.

  • Call Recordings: As stated, only my side of the conversation is recorded and made available only to a designated relative. Your loved one’s audio and video are not recorded and remain private.
  • Tablet Security: Our tablets are pre-configured for security and do not store personal identifiable information of the user.
  • Third Parties: I never sell your data. Information is only shared with you, the family, through my regular updates.
